  • If a wrong product is sent by mistake,ย Cheeshopย will bear the costs of the return and replacement process.

  • If the customer wishes to return or replace a product without any of the reasons mentioned above, the customer will bear all shipping costs.

  • If the customer does not receive their shipment and it is returned, all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


3. Procedures and Locations for Returns and Replacements

  • The customer can return or replace purchases by contacting us and requesting a return slip.

  • The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the return or replacement process.

  • This can be done through shipping companies approved byย Cheeshop.


4. Refund Methods

  • The customer will be refunded the amount via a discount code for the same amount.


5. Exceptions Not Covered by the Return and Replacement Policy

  • Damages resulting from misuse.

  • If the returned product does not match the product delivered, whether in appearance or content.
