Shipping Details:

• Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days within Saudi Arabia (depending on the city).

• Any delay in delivery due to the shipping company is considered outside the responsibility of Cheeshop.

• If the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer’s lack of response, repeated postponement, or an incorrect address, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

• If a different product is sent from what you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs if notified within 3 days of receiving the order.

• In case of any errors in the recipient’s information provided or if incorrect information is supplied by the customer, we are fully exempt from any responsibility if the shipment is lost or delivered to the wrong person.

• The shipping companies we work with serve all regions and provinces of Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Rates:

• SMSA (Door-to-Door): A fixed rate of 34.50 SAR to all cities in Saudi Arabia.

• Aramex (Door-to-Door): A fixed rate of 28.75 SAR to all cities in Saudi Arabia.

• RedBox (To the nearest smart locker selected by the customer): A fixed rate of 16.10 SAR to all cities in Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Times:

• Shipments are delivered within the working hours of the shipping companies.

• Please note that the official working days at Cheeshop are from Saturday to Thursday.

Order Status Update:

• The order status will be updated within 24 hours on the shipping company’s website.
