Partagas Mille Fleurs cigars are very popular among smokers in Havana. Partagas cigars are classified as one of the strongest types of cigars, but the Mille fleurs line gives the feeling of a light cigar, made from Cuban vitola au ser Vuelta Abajo, which is one of the best tobacco growing areas in Cuba.

To produce handcrafted Mille Fleur cigars, only whole tobacco leaves are used. It is a long-filler cigar.
